The Role Clients: - Builds and maintains responsive, positive relationships with clients - Participation in industry forums - Supports delivery of webinars, forums, and marketing activities by preparing content - Escalates complex or sensitive issues in a timely manner including scope creep People: - Undertakes professional development, recording Continuing Professional Development points - Contributes to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in project delivery Financials: - Supports new business growth through lead generation - Manages expenses and records to ensure financial integrity - Accurately record leads in D365 to track new business opportunities - Follows up on outstanding payments and manages bad debts where necessary Excellence: - Participates in team meetings and contributes to discussions on operational improvements. - Contributes to the development of the strategy for Health Safety and Wellbeing - Supports the implementation of the Health Safety and Wellbeing strategic plan - Develops monthly reports and participates in meetings to track individual performance - Ensures adherence to company policies and internal processes - Suppo...
