Salary: $55,638.13 USD Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:30pm: Job Summary: Responsible for planning, implementing and enforcing quality control of all custodial/janitorial work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Quality Control Plan (QCP), and all applicable federal or DoD requirements. The QUCM ensures custodial/janitorial work meets standards through systematic inspections, corrective actions, and continuous quality improvement in partnership with Chimes DC management. Position requires strong interpersonal skills, and compassion and respect for persons with disabilities. Essential Functions: - Comply with all Chimes policies and procedures and follow contract specifications - Implement and manage the quality control program as approved by the site contracting office, Chimes District of Columbia (DC) management, and building management. - Assure that the performance objectives and standards are met through the quality control program. - Conduct daily inspections of routine, follow-up, and any periodic work performed to ensure proper cleaning and quality control - Prepare and submit inspection reports to the Project Manager. - Give timely feedback on inspections to manag...
