This position is responsible for supporting the underwriting process for our online platforms for multiple lines of business which include but are not limited to: BOP, Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation, Cyber Digitech, and Umbrella. Major Duties & Responsibilities: - Serve as first level of contact for agent inquiries, contract questions, pricing questions, system training needs, and post bind service requests within designated authority. - Research and gather appropriate information and responds to those inquiries within established Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
