The Department of Dental Hygiene seeks a full-time non-tenure Open Rank Professor and Director of Community Outreach. The Director of Community Outreach provides strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating community-based programs that advance the dental school’s mission of education, service, and oral health equity. This position strengthens partnerships with community stakeholders, expands access to dental care for underserved and rural populations, and integrates service-learning opportunities for students and faculty. STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: - Develop and execute a comprehensive community outreach strategy aligned with institutional goals. - Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for outreach initiatives. - Manage digital platforms, supplies and human resources for community events. - Supervise outreach staff, College of Dentistry students, and volunteers.
