Worker Type Regular: Job Description: Summary: The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for understanding business strategy and priorities and translating business needs and trends to create solutions. The incumbent will own all project outcomes, set bold goals, and drive high quality results, will communicating effectively and with influence, across all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: Coordinates and manage the daily activities of a cross-functional team for successful execution of assigned projects Develop and manage project governance including steering committee meetings, sponsor meetings, project team meetings, status reports, etc Estimates Project cost and develop, maintain and publish a Project budget Establishes baseline time, cost and performance objectives to meet overall program scope Creates and controls program documentation such as program plans Ensures program and product requirements are established and controlled consistent with AV's processes.
