Job Details Support Services | Miamisburg | Full Time | Days Responsibilities & Requirements: Job Responsibilities: The Clinical Support Specialist SR works/leads extensively on projects and initiatives with Kettering Health Medical Group, Community Connect, additional Epic teams, and other stakeholders within and outside the Kettering Health System. This position combines clinical expertise with an understanding of health informatics and electronic health records (EHR). The Clinical Support Specialist SR provides training and support to the Clinical Support Specialist I and II, providers and clinicians. Works within the EHR application to improve physician and clinician experience. Participates in testing functionality with vendor integration and workflows. Assumes leadership responsibilities for moderate to complex projects that involve the automation of patient data with corresponding workflow changes.
