Quality Engineer

Job description

- Develop thorough issue ticketing processes that are reproducible with a minimal number of steps, and testable for specific passing conditions. - Provide timely feedback to engineers after ticketed tasks and issues have been resolved. - Respond to internal quality issue reports, answer day-to-day technical questions, and help troubleshoot unexpected problems. - Support development teams and product managers by authoring and executing thorough test plans. - Create and maintain code to run automated tests to reduce the manual testing burden. - Record and maintain example data that helps with software testing.
