FP & A Analyst - FTC 11 months: Are you an ambitious FP&A Analyst looking to take on a high-impact role in a growing business? We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in London on a fixed term basis. You will have ownership of leading expense management, budgeting, and reporting across the business. You’ll play a key role in improving financial visibility, ensuring accurate cost tracking, and supporting better decision-making through clear, data-led insight. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to manage spend, challenge assumptions, and align financial plans with business priorities. The role also involves supporting investor reporting and helping improve how we report, forecast, and analyse data through better processes and tooling. What you’ll be doing as an FP&A Analyst: - Delivering monthly expense reporting, including flash reporting, with clear analysis of variances and trends - Leading budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, working with stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve accuracy - Producing budget vs actual variance analysis, investigating key drivers and explaining insights to senior stakeholders - Supporting the imple...
