Senior Resource Analyst Contract: Fixed‑term (18 months): Part Time: 0.6 FTE: Are you an experienced workforce or resource planning professional who thrives on using data to influence senior decision making? Do you enjoy shaping how organisations deploy talent to meet business demand? We’re looking for a Senior Resource Analyst to play a critical role in how Oxera plans, deploys and develops its people. This is a high impact role for someone with strong experience in workforce analytics, resourcing or capacity planning, who is confident operating at a senior stakeholder level.
