Why we need this role: We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Manager for our Storage, Backup, and Virtualisation team. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to define technology roadmaps, optimize infrastructure, and ensure secure, efficient operations. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers while acting as the technical authority for storage, backup, and virtualisation platforms supporting critical business applications, driving operational efficiency and cost optimization across on-prem and cloud environments.
