Job description

Consistently provide superior guest service to both the internal and external customers while maintaining all standards of cleanliness throughout hotel as directed. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, employee and storage areas in the hotel in consist standardized manner. 2. Is responsible for maintaining and cleaning all equipment used throughout the course of a shift, as detailed in the SOP. 3. Maintains proper documentation of all duties accomplished during a working shift, as directed. 4. Reports all safety hazards or maintenance deficiencies for proper handling. 5.
