Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Scheduled Hours: NIGHTS 1900-0730: 72 Hours per pay period 3-12 hours shifts per week This position is eligible for a SIGN-ON BONUS up to $10,000, payable after hire Student Loan Forgiveness up to $20,000 Tuition Assistance up to $7,200: RN Referral $5,000 for Advocate Aurora Teammates Military/Veteran Friendly: Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: 26 bed post op surgical unit, with 16 bed of telemetry available. FAST PACED post op surgical unit, caring for patients with Gastroenterology, Urology, Gynecology, and Plastic Surgery populations, abdominal drains, wound VACS’s, PCA’s, epidurals, tube feedings etc. 75% of patients are admitted from PACU or as stepdown from Surgical ICU. Manages the care of 4-5 patients on day and PM shift and 5-6 patients on the night. 3EF can manage patients on the following drips: insulin, ketamine, dobutamine, heparin, angiomax, etc. This is a great unit for experienced Med-Surg nurses seeking to advance their skills and grow in their practice.
