RESPONSIBILITIES: - Competitive wage ($23-$25/hr.) - Company paid health and dental benefits - Paid vacation and productivity bonus - Opportunity for career stability and growth - Tuition reimbursement program - Protective personal equipment is provided, or cost of purchase is reimbursed - On the job training - Perform daily safety inspections on cranes, hoists, tools, and equipment at the start of each shift and throughout the day; document inspections as required. - Prepare fabricated components and finished workpieces for downstream processing or shipment, ensuring cleanliness and quality standards are met. - Operate fabrication prep equipment including plasma tables, machining tools, hydraulic presses, grinders, and deburring tools. - Cut, clean, grind, and debur metal components to meet specifications and quality requirements. - Ability to perform basic fabrication support tasks, including work on tooling, fixtures, and minor repairs, as needed. - Conduct hydro-testing, acid foaming, and other finishing or testing processes as assigned. - Safely operate overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts; complete all required certifications and training. - Inspect work for accuracy and qu...
