JOB SUMMARY: The Pre-Press Technician/Mounter plays a critical role in the production process by preparing and mounting flexographic printing plates for use on a printing press. This position ensures that all plates, sleeves, and related materials are properly prepared, aligned, and maintained to achieve consistent, high-quality print results. The Pre-Press Technician/Mounter works closely with press operators and the graphics/pre-press team to ensure accuracy, reduce downtime, and support overall pressroom efficiency.
