POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Coordinator Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all relationships with third-party service providers, including contractors, suppliers, and vendors. This role ensures all work and services are performed according to contractual terms, safety standards, quality expectations, and budgetary constraints. The position serves as the main point of contact between the company and its external service partners.
