Position Summary: The Community Center Director is responsible for leadership, oversight, development, and improvement of all Community Center programs, including supervision of staff and volunteers. Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Supervise participants in all Community Center programs including scheduling and approving timecards for employees - Plan, coordinate, promote, execute, evaluate, and participate in Community Center programs - Development of the curriculum, recreation, crafts and other structured and unstructured activities - Follow Safe from Harm guidelines - Plan and attend special events related to the Community Center Programs - Maintain accurate and up to date statistics for all programs and monthly reporting - Supervise staff members and volunteers to ensure that the Corps Community Center is maintained in a reasonably presentable and safe condition - Work alongside the Custodian to ensure that all janitorial and maintenance supplies are restocked as needed - Provide backup...
