Job Summary: The Intake & Client Services Specialist is a goal-driven, client-facing role responsible for converting prospective clients into active participants in our services, with a primary focus on the Intensive Couples Counseling (ICC) program. This role serves as the face of the clinic for prospective ICC clients and plays a key role in converting inquiries into ICC enrollments when clinically appropriate. This position blends behavioral health sales, intake coordination, and marketing support, requiring excellent communication skills, comfort with sales conversations, and a strong focus on performance metrics and KPIs.
