We are currently searching for IT Analyst II to join our team at our Sidney Plant in Sidney, Ohio. What you will do: - Technical Support - Provide onsite and remote technical support for manufacturing IT systems, including hardware, software, and network components. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production systems, devices, and applications in a timely manner. - System Maintenance and Upgrades - Perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT infrastructure. - Support hardware and software upgrades, patches, and updates to meet manufacturing requirements. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. - Collaboration with Manufacturing Teams - Work closely with production teams to understand IT requirements and ensure alignment...
