Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Director of Training and Compliance to lead the professional evolution of our clinical team. This role is the bridge between academic knowledge and clinical mastery. You will be responsible for molding our Behavior Technicians, Interns, and Masters-level Consultants into high-performing practitioners fully prepared to pass the BCBA exam, translate that knowledge to clinical services, and utilize our science in leadership roles. At our core, we recognize that clinical excellence takes time. We are looking for a mentor who balances high standards for compliance with a supportive, developmental approach displaying a willingness to meet clinicians where they are in their acquisition of clinical mastery.
