At Milton CAT, our Order Fulfillment Associates are the heartbeat of our distribution operations. You’ll be part of a motivated team that ensures our customers get the parts they need—accurately and on time. Work Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM Pay Rate: $21.58 - $30.27 hour based on experience. This is a union position. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment across the warehouse, not just one station. - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. - Receive incoming merchandise and stock shelves. - Use RF scanners and our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory. - Occasionally assist walk-in or pick-up customers. - Assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized tools. - Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records. - Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
