Job Description & Summary Senior Manager Valuations As a Senior Manager within the Valuations team, you will provide our clients in a wide range of industries advice that enables them to make better decisions in or outside a deal context. For example , performing valuations for clients that are buying or selling a business, helping companies in strategic decision -making, supporting the client in optimising the value potential of their business and post-deal services such as Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) and impairment tests. This is what you’ll do: You value companies in pre deal situations , or other settings requiring important decision making, for accounting purposes ( such as PPA, impairment test) or in a legal or tax context, for example an internal reorganization . Furthermore , you will work on business modelling . You will work together with many other disciplines within the deal cycle , such as: M&A strategy , due diligence, corporate finance and carve out or integration .
