S'more about the team As the Product (Menu) Operations Manager at HelloFresh Canada, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of the weekly menus that form our product offering. You will leverage expertise in process optimization and data-driven project management to turn operational efficiencies into a superior product experience that fuels long-term customer retention and growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you will act as the strategic glue between Product Strategy & Innovation, Supply & Demand Planning, and Ingredient Sourcing Teams. In this role, you navigate the tension between business ambitions and real-world constraints, ensuring every menu release is both commercially viable and a delight for our customers.
