The Manager, Oracle Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) is responsible for leading, designing, and optimizing the end‑to‑end O2C processes across the enterprise using Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role manages functional design, solution delivery, cross‑functional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. The O2C Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite). Lead the end‑to‑end Order to Cash process strategy, including order management, pricing, shipping, accounts receivable, install base, trade management, and collections etc. Own the O2C process roadmap across Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with enterprise initiatives and business priorities.
