In the role of Chapter Lead , you will oversee a group of engineers and development testers, define best practices for the full‑stack Chapter, and lead the growth, innovation, and knowledge development within the operational area. You will balance continuous service delivery for customers by guiding your team toward achieving personal development goals and broader organizational objectives. As a senior member of the engineering and testing community, you will contribute to enhancing ING’s engineering standards, evaluate emerging industry trends, and introduce global best practices into the organization.
