This position can be based out of either Minneapolis, MN or Sioux Falls, SD. Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring the talent needed to support Midco’s growth and operational goals. The role manages the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection and offer delivery, ensuring smooth and consistent experiences for candidates and hiring managers. They strengthen Midco’s talent pipeline by building strong partnerships across the organization and representing the brand at events throughout the region.
