THE OPPORTUNITY: As the Field Asset Protection Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding Chipotle’s restaurant and field leadership employees, assets, culture, and brand by leading investigations into fraud and workplace violence for 2-3 assigned regions. You will collaborate closely with restaurant leaders, HR, and legal to assess threats, conduct fact-finding interviews, and leverage various tools and resources such as POS analytics, exception reporting, video review, and case management to drive fair and timely resolutions. You will also support the broader asset protection team in ensuring cash handling and safety best practices are understood and enforced.
