Let’s Talk About the Role We are seeking a Verification & Validation (V&V) Senior Engineer who is curious, analytical, and motivated to transform how engineering work gets done. In this role, you won’t just execute V&V activities - you’ll contribute to rethinking how they operate, using data, automation and AI to reduce rework, improve clarity, and support better decision-making. You’ll support the evolution of product V&V in a regulated environment - helping ensure safety and compliance while contributing to scalable and insight-driven workflows. Let’s Talk About Key Responsibilities: Be a Transformation Driver: Reframe and diagnose complex V&V and system-level challenges, identifying root causes across workflows, tools, and organisational boundaries.
