A brief overview The Human Resources Manager / Sr. Manager serves as a strategic human resources advisor to the leadership of assigned business units. This individual is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, delivering comprehensive HR solutions, facilitating talent management, and supporting team member engagement across all levels of the organization. This individual collaborates closely with the HR team, business unit leadership, and team members to foster a positive workplace culture and drive business performance. What you will do: - Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, including California-specific requirements (FEHA, CFRA, Wage & Hour, OSHA) - Partner with leadership to assess workforce needs and develop strategies including recruitment, onboarding, retention, succession planning, talent and performance management, coaching, documentation, and development planning - Foster a positive work environment through proactive collaboration with the leaders and team members.
