The Senior Trust Operations Specialist – Client Service plays a central role in supporting client-facing teams across Trust, Agency, and Institutional relationships. This position is a key partner to account administrators, ensuring operational excellence while delivering seamless and high-quality experience for our clients. In this role, you will manage a diverse range of responsibilities including tax payment processing, probate accountings, onboarding and maintenance of investment accounts, reconciliations, and reporting. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering accuracy and client satisfaction.
