Job description

Responsibilities: - Produce floor plans, layouts and drawings for GES trade shows and events using AutoCAD Release 2018 software. - Ensures the show/event layout is properly designed and drawn according to specifications outlined by Client Services Manager and Client. - Ensures that all Fire Department codes and regulations are followed on each floor plan. - Ensure all floor plans are not only submitted to Fire Department jurisdictions in a timely manner, but also ensure they are approved before show opening. - Ensure all facilities are kept current and accurate in assigned cities/regions. - Maintains drawings of all convention and meeting room facilities assigned. - Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team. - Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required. - Maintain all revisions of project drawings, posting the updated drawing to the required internal drive when completed. - Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position Qualifications: - Minimum two years of experience in drafting, using AutoCAD software version 2018 or higher. - Convention and Trade Show experience preferred, but not required; industry specific trai...
