DevOps Engineer – Cloud Transformation & AI Enablement Equity Methods is seeking a forward-thinking DevOps Engineer to join our Technology and Innovation group. This role is central to our transformation from traditional data center infrastructure to a lean, cloud-native environment powered by automation, AI, and modern DevOps practices. You’ll work across multi-cloud environments using Crossplane and Pulumi (preferably in AWS) to build scalable, secure, and observable infrastructure. You’ll also collaborate with AI and product teams to integrate LLM technologies into our CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows. This is a hands-on engineering role. Candidates should expect to write and review code during the interview process to demonstrate their technical depth and problem-solving approach.
