Read more here . ComForCare is currently seeking a Agency Supervisor/Director of Nursing Services. The DON is responsible for the clinical oversight and compliance with the states of NC/SC and Accrediting agencies. This oversight will include care management as required by regulation or contract and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery. The DON is also responsible for the orientation and ongoing evaluation of caregivers. Critical to this role is the assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers.
