Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach - LONG BEACH, CA 90807Salary Range: $35.00 - $40.00 Base+Commission/month(A Master Level) Service Technician Job Description: The following duties for the position listed shall include but not be limited to: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Competent in repairing any product sold in the dealership. Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on products in for service. Able to communicate with the Service Manager or Writer repairs necessary both verbally and in writing. Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians. Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably. Ownership of complete set of tools Abide, coach and lead by example by all dealership policies and procedures pertaining to the department. Follow company dress codes and always be well groomed. Any other specific duties deemed necessary for the overall success and profitability of the department and the dealership. Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.
