This unique role offers the opportunity to serve as the sole transplant pharmacist specialist, providing direct impact and leadership within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Our transplant program services kidney and liver transplantation with an average of 9-10 transplants per month. In this position, you will work closely alongside an experienced Nurse Practitioner, transplant surgeons, and medical residents, contributing to patient care through medication management, immunosuppression optimization, education, and clinical decision‑making. This role offers an opportunity to participate in both acute care and ambulatory transplant services.
