We are known for high-quality service, strong caregiver support, and compassionate client care. Position Overview: The Home Care Staffing Coordinator is the operational backbone of our agency. This role requires at least two (2) years of experience in scheduling, staffing, dispatching, or coordination. You will manage caregiver schedules, respond to changes in real time, and help ensure continuity of care for our clients.
