We are seeking a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting repairs within common areas and apartments, including tasks related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. This is a full-time position. Rate range: $25.00 - $28.00/hour: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Perform preventative maintenance tasks. - Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment. - Address basic repairs, including fixing broken locks and filling gaps in walls. - Report any issues to the maintenance manager. - Install appliances and equipment as needed. - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems, such as ventilation. - Ensure the functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms. - Collaborate with colleagues and other prof...
