Lead tool installation programs and mentor program/project managers to achieve strategic objectives, ensuring sufficient internal and external resources are in place. Standardize best-known methods (BKMs) and material specifications through technical assessments and lessons learned, promoting consistency across DRAM and NAND manufacturing sites. Influence global peer groups to align strategic roadmaps and safeguard business plans.
