Join the 1st Franklin team! We are seeking a Regional Operations Director for our location in the Shepherdsville, KY area. The Regional Operations Director (ROD) is responsible for directing all business development, operations, financial control, and compliance for all branches within assigned region to optimize business results. They are responsible for the motivation and development of all employees in their region, with direct responsibility for proper training and effective communication with the Branch Managers. The ROD apprises the OVP of activity, issues, and challenges within region.
