Schedule Full-Time: 40 Hours/Weekly: Typical hours: dayshift Monday through Friday Occasional changes as needed: General Summary: Provides direct supervisory oversight to pharmacy staff. They are integral in initiatives that support the department's individual staff members and foster growth and development through education. They also ensure ongoing department compliance with regulatory requirements and competency. They may complete or be involved in staff member's annual evaluations and provide ongoing feedback. They also have the expertise and advanced knowledge to be viewed as a system expert in either an operations or clinical domain. Additional aspects of the position include potential for participation in departmental scheduling needs, department and system interdisciplinary committees, professional development, and performance improvement initiatives, as well as leadership development and training.
