From HVAC systems to plumbing repairs and cosmetic enhancements, Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction. What you’ll do: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas. Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
