Description 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist (Overnight) Pay: $27.87/hour +$2.00/hour shift differential: Schedule: Overnight / Graveyard shifts available (including Thurs–Sat, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM) Location: Fully Remote (Washington, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas residents only) Union: OPEIU Reports to: 988 Clinical Supervisor The Work That Happens After Midnight - Overnight crisis work is different. Calls are fewer - but often heavier. Decisions matter more. Support must be steady, thoughtful, and right the first time. If you do your best work when things are quiet but critical, this role was built for you. As an Overnight 988 Crisis Intervention Specialist , you are not the first voice on the line - you are the clinical anchor behind the scenes. You support Crisis Specialists in real time as they respond to people reaching out through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline via phone, chat, and text.
