About the Role: We’re seeking a forward-thinking, customer-obsessed Content Strategist to join the PACE Program team. This role is at the heart of our high-velocity, AI-powered content engine—responsible for orchestrating hyper-personalized, data-informed messaging across marketing and internal communication channels. You’ll lead the development and execution of content strategies that blend automation, behavioral science, and lifecycle marketing to deliver meaningful, emotionally resonant experiences. What You'll Do: Develop and execute content strategies that align with customer lifecycle stages, leveraging behavioral insights and emotional motivators to drive engagement. Collaborate with content owners, creative teams, and the PACE team to deliver personalized content across email, web, CRM platforms, paid media, and other communication channels.
