el Prado Hotel, Downtown Palo Alto 520 Cowper St. Job title: Groundskeeper: Status: Part-Time/Hourly: Pay Range: $24.00 to $27.00 per/hour POSITION PURPOSE: The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining the building, grounds and mechanical equipment with particular attention towards safety and security. Responsibilities: · Understands and abides by all safety protocols. · Willingly embrace last-minute changes in direction and unexpected changes in operational plan. · Performs other duties as assigned. · Maintains positive guest relations at all times. · Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program · Check work orders and night report for any assignment to be completed · Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders.
