Job Description: - Schedule, conduct and maintain calibration/qualification and preventative maintenance programs and execution of all laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance according to guidelines and procedures. Evaluate new calibration methods and procedures. Use statistics to analyze measurement standards and process. - Ensure all equipment is calibrated, qualified according to SOPs - Label equipment with the latest calibration/maintenance labels; - Troubleshoot instrumentation issues - Technical knowledge of repairs for laboratory instruments - Participate in new instrument requirement determination activities. - Develop instrument qualification documents including but not limited to: - IQ, OQ and PQ Protocols - Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance schedule. - Develop and formalize calibration procedures ensuring all laborato...
