About the Role: As a Community Engagement Manager for OCI, you will be responsible for collaborating and building meaningful partnerships and engagement opportunities between OCI, educational institutions, community organizations, and industry partners—especially in New Mexico but also across the US. This role is critical to boosting Oracle’s brand presence, developing workforce pipelines, and demonstrating corporate responsibility. *The primary location for this role is Borderlands, NM Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Sponsor, organize, and participate in local and regional community events, particularly within the technology and cloud computing sectors, to build awareness of OCI and highlight Oracle’s commitment to positive community involvement. Community Listening: Conduct and facilitate listening sessions to understand the needs, interests, and concerns of community members, and report actionable insights to key stakeholders for follow-up planning.
