TITLE: Adjunct of Public Policy – In-Person Only DEPARTMENT: School of Criminal Justice and Government Relations REPORTS TO: Chair, School of Criminal Justice and Government Relations EFFECTIVE DATE: TBD: EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part- Time: EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Exempt: PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Adjunct Instructor in Public Policy will teach in‑person undergraduate courses in Public Policy, including introductory and specialized policy courses. Responsibilities include delivering instruction, evaluating student learning, maintaining course documentation, and supporting student success. Instructors must meet all scheduled class sessions and follow university academic policies and procedures. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver high-quality instruction aligned with KSU’s academic standards and the mission of the School of Criminal Justice and Government Relations. Support student learning across diverse educational settings, including traditional classroom, hybrid, and online formats, while preparing students for careers in criminal justice and public service.
