Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing

Some of what you will do: The Senior Analyst, Strategic Sourcing will serve as the data and analytics lead for the procurement function, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of procurement data while delivering insights, reporting, and tools that drive effective sourcing strategies and measurable savings. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with the Strategic Sourcing team, Procurement Operations, and Finance to support category initiatives, supplier negotiations, and enterprise-wide reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Specifically, You Will: Analytics & Reporting: - Develop and maintain spend cube. - Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track spend, supplier performance, and savings. - Design and deliver regular reporting packages to leadership and Finance, ensuring alignment with budgeting and forecasting processes. - Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic sourcing projects, business cases, and executive decision-making.
