Technical Lead – Carlile Swim 📍 Brisbane, Paddington QLD 🕒 Full Time 💻 Join Australia’s most respected swim school network Lead Technology That Supports Safer, Smarter Swim Schools Carlile Swim is seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to help support and scale technology across our national network of swim schools. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead day-to-day technical support operations, mentor support engineers and act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues. You will play a key role in strengthening the reliability, security and performance of our technology environment as the organisation continues to grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and helping teams succeed through better technology.
