Why Campbell’s…: How you will make history here… Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this individual will coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, including Continuous Improvement Projects and High-Performance Organization (HPO) initiatives. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organizational capability/employee morale.
