About the Role: You'll be the first dedicated accounting hire at Reflection. This is a foundational role: you'll own accounting operations and compliance across our jurisdictions. What You'll Own: Monthly close & bookkeeping. Up-level and partially in-house our monthly close process, currently managed by an external bookkeeping firm. Coordinate across entities to ensure accurate, timely financials. Accounts payable. Own the full AP cycle — vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliation. Payroll. Manage payroll across the US and UK (via providers), including the complexity around insurance, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions. Ensure accuracy and compliance. Employee expenses.
